Employee Profile Visual Updates

We made some small visual updates to the employee profiles that we've been meaning to get to for a while.

🔖 Increased size of name and job title

🏢 Increased size of office and department names & icons at the top of the profile

🎈 Birthday 🎉 hire date and 💬 bio are now grouped into an "About Me" section on the profile

👤 Improved design of "person" icon that displays in various places throughout the app, including the profile if you've mapped your Employee ID custom field

🧹 Cleaned (removed) any external styling that is embedded into the about me/bio field that we get from the Microsoft Graph

✨ Formatting on the birthday and hire date fields

🔺 And in case you missed it, the "mini org chart" recently got an overhaul
