Hide Accounts (Edit Mode)

If you're a OneDirectory administrator you now have the ability to manually toggle on/off individual accounts from showing in your employee directory. This is useful to hide service accounts, guest accounts, rooms etc.

Just click the waffle icon on the top left and enable the Edit mode switch. Your OneDirectory will immediately flip to edit mode and will show switches next to each account. You'll also notice the OneDirectory background will change to an orange hue, to indicate you're in edit mode.

Flip a switch to instantly hide the account, it's as easy as that.
