Keeping our team safe during COVID-19
We decided to temporarily close our two offices and require our teams to work from home due to COVID-19. Our success and support teams are standing by to help you with anything you need.
Early last week Vinewave decided to close our two offices and require our teams to work from home due to COVID-19. The health and well-being of our employees is our top priority, and working from our homes helps everyone stay safe during this pandemic.
COVID-19 has only recently hit South Africa, where we're headquartered, with the number of confirmed cases just over 400 at the time of writing. Our country is in "national disaster" mode, and although we're not required to close our offices, we and many other companies are #stayinghome to help slow the spread of this virus.
I'd like to reassure our customers and partners that we remain committed to delivering reliable and high-quality service and continuity in our operations, and Vinewave is running as normal.
Our development team is working hard on the next release of our workplace platform, and our success and support teams are standing by to help you with anything you need.
We're grateful to not only be in a position to work remotely without much disruption, but also to be able to help companies that are more affected than we are. If you're a nonprofit organization in the medical field or emergency response related to COVID-19, or any organization actively working to stop the spread of this pandemic, chat to us about a free one year subscription to our Office 365 employee directory product, to help your teams stay connected.
Take care.
