Yes, you can try OneDirectory for free for 14 days. During your trial you'll have access to all features in the Pro plan. When your trial ends you'll have the option to upgrade to a paid account, and you can upgrade at any time.

How long does it take to launch OneDirectory?

With our easy setup assistant and fully automated sync, you can start your trial in minutes and deploy to your entire organization in under a day. However, many customers take additional time to refine employee profile data before launch, so rollout may take a few weeks or longer, depending on your process.

Do I need to buy a license for every employee?

We don’t believe in charging you for additional users—just a simple flat subscription fee for the plan you choose. No hidden costs, no per-seat billing, no surprises.

Our Standard plan supports organizations of up to 1,000 people, providing a modern employee directory and interactive org chart with all our most-loved features. Our Pro plan is designed for organizations that need advanced features, no user limits, and manual invoicing.
